Luke came out and did a service on our alarm and had to change all of the codes so that it is now a securitec alarm . He was very polite and explained everything he had to do to get our alarm set up . Mark did the initial survey. He listened to our requirements and was thorough and helpful. The two engineers Connor and John were excellent and they worked quickly and efficiently. Connor helped us set up the app on our phone and we find this really useful. He also helped my husband a few days later by phone to sort a problem with the app. Darren the owner allowed us two weeks before payment to ensure we were happy with everything and we were.
